We are building an agent that answers the phone for businesses where a missed call is a lost customer. It runs on real telephone lines, for real money, today.
Everything ships to production quickly and gets used by somebody that week. There is no layer of process between deciding and doing, which is the appeal and also the demand: you own what you build, including at eight in the evening when a customer’s line stops answering.
People who would rather understand one system properly than touch ten of them. Voice is unforgiving — a caller notices two hundred milliseconds, and there is nowhere to hide a mistake in a live conversation. That constraint is either the interesting part or the wrong job.
There is no form. Write to us, say which of those is you, and point at something you built.
